The ST4H (SensorTech4Health) project officially started with a two-day kick-off meeting in Stuttgart. Representatives of all consortium partners came together in person at the Robert Bosch Stiftung with its historic Robert Bosch Villa, which not only offers great meeting spaces but also stunning views over the city.

Laying the foundation

After an introduction to the project and its goals, each partner presented their background, their areas of expertise, and how they will contribute to the project and its research fields. The consortium then looked ahead to the focus of the first project year. A key topic was how to organize collaboration in a consortium that brings together partners from different countries and disciplines. In a set of first workshops, the teams of each research field then started working on their topics together. Representatives of the EUREKA cluster program XECS also attended the meeting and provided valuable guidance for the consortium.

Getting to know each other

A joint dinner gave everyone the chance to get to know each other beyond the agenda and to set the tone for the collaboration ahead. We thank Bosch Sensortec for hosting the kick-off and look forward to the coming years of joint work in ST4H.
